Summary

Responsibilities
As a Sr. Recruiter, you will be expected to work the full recruiting cycle from qualifying orders with customers, to sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and compensation, and conducting reference checks and coordinating pre-employment paperwork and screening.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have 5 or more years of technical recruiting experience and a proven track record in recruiting/staffing within the IT industry.
Candidates must have demonstrated success generating candidates through cold calling and direct sourcing methods and have experience staffing for high-growth, high demand recruiting environments. The Sr. Recruiter will be expected to expertly target and deliver the top-tier passive candidates to their clients. We are looking for proven performers who are able to handle high volume recruiting without compromising quality.
Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, possess the ability to build value-added relationships with individuals at all levels, analytical and creative in problem solving, and know how to persuade and influence with tact while driving for results.
Ideal candidates will be career driven/high energy individuals with the following:
Strong work ethic.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Goal oriented and money motivated.
Strong time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities is a must.
Excellent judgment and fact-finding skills are essential.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
Experienced in creative sourcing through networking, organizations, internet searches, referrals, and direct recruiting.
Team player (a must).
Additional IT Sales/Account Management experience preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft computer software programs including Word and Outlook.
4-year University Degree strongly preferred.
Lead or Management experience
