Felix tested positive for FIV. When kept indoors, an FIV-positive kitty can live a long, happy life like any other feline. Our staff would be happy to speak with you about FIV and Felix's long-term care.
All of our cats go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. Each pet will go home with a certificate for a complimentary veterinary examination. PLUS, most cat adoptions include 30 days of pet insurance from Trupanion - a great way to start off on the right paw!
Felix is a transfer so not much is known about his history. He will need a home that will keep him indoors only since Felix is FIV+ and fabulous! He has lived with other cats in the past and roamed outdoors, so it may take some time for Felix to get used to being an indoor only cat. He is very affectionate but signals well when he is done with pets. He likes affection on his own terms!
